NBA Rumors: Western Conference Team 'Blindsided' By Veteran Big Man

 

The Houston Rockets have had an interesting off-season thus far, as they've landed Fred VanVleet, Dillon Brooks and Jock Landale, but something has felt just a little off, and now it has been revealed exactly what happened to the team.

According to a recent report, the team were blindsided by veteran big man Brook Lopez, who had reportedly agreed to a deal in principle with the team to join them in free agency, before the shocking revelation that he would be heading back to Milwaukee.

The team felt blindsided by this, as they had made moves with Lopez as a Rocket in their minds, but still, with a young core that has now added three great pieces this off-season, they should no doubt be taking a step forward next season under Ime Udoka.
