"I’m Tired of That F&@%ing team…", Austin Rivers Blasts Golden State Warriors and Fans

The NBA news cycle has been dominated by the likes of Ben Simmons, Zion Williamson and NBA Safety Protocols in recent weeks which has taken some of the shine away from the 25-6 Golden State Warriors who seem poised to return to postseason dominance this year.

Steph Curry has been playing at an MVP-level from the jump this season, posting 27.1 points per game (3rd in the NBA), 6.0 assists (20th), and 1.6 steals (15th) to go along with breaking the all-time three-point record with 2986 three-pointers made (and counting). The Warriors are set to get All-NBA wing Klay Thompson back in the coming days and it appears the rich will only get richer when he finally does suit up.

When talking to Instagram Live, Denver Nuggets point guard Austin Rivers had an NSFW-rant directed at the Warriors and their fans.

"Golden State looks very solid right now," Rivers said. "I hate to see it. I don’t like it one bit. I’m tired of that f--king team… they got a good mix of young talent, good vets… A lot of you Warriors fans was off [Andrew] Wiggins when he first signed with the Warriors, keep it 100. Last year you all was talking about ‘trade him, this and that’ now everybody is talking all highly. Come on now."

It’s worth noting Wiggins play this season as a big part of the Warriors' return to form as the 25-year old wing has come into his own this season and has shown flashes of the potential that made the man once dubbed "Maple Jordan" go 1st overall in the 2014 draft.

Like it or not, the Warriors appear to be back and this time around Steph Curry appears to be playing for keeps. Will this be the season the Warriors bring a championship to San Francisco?

The Warriors are back in action tonight when they take on Ja Morant and the promising young Memphis Grizzlies.
