Doc Rivers named coach of the 76ers and some people are shocked!

Doc Rivers has been named the head coach of the Philadelphia 76ers.

As we reported earlier today, after Wednesday night's interview which included watching Game 1 of the Finals with 76ers management, Rivers emerged as the frontrunner. This comes days after Mike D'Antoni was rumored to be the coach of choice, but that was before the Clippers let Rivers go.
