Rajon Rondo Signs with the Atlanta Hawks

Rajon Rondo is now a member of the Atlanta Hawks, signing a deal for two years, worth $15M

The Hawks have now added Danilo Gallinari and Rondo in the same day. Both veterans will look to improve a young Hawks squad that finished 14th in the Eastern Conference last season. Despite the flurry of activity from the Hawks today, they still have room to spend more money this offseason.

Rondo won an NBA Championship in his rookie year with the Celtics in 2007-08, and his 2nd Championship last year with the Lakers, where he had playoff averages of 8.9 ppg, 4.3 rpg, 6.6 apg while shooting an excellent 40% from three point land (on 3.1 attempts).
