Blake Griffin Officially Signs in Brooklyn
As we mentioned on Saturday word was Blake Griffin was headed to the Brooklyn Nets and we've now confirmed that is the case.
Griffin has signed for the remainder of this season in hopes of staying healthy and enjoying a deep playoff run with one of the most talented rosters in the league. Griffin reunites with some USA Basketball teammates along with Los Angeles Clippers teammate DeAndre Jordan.
The Nets used one of their veteran minimum contract slots to add Griffin to their mix.

So far this season Griffin has averaged 12.3 points, 5.2 rebounds, 3.9 assists per game while shooting a dismal 31.5% from deep and 36.5% from the field. He hasn't played in ten games so he certainly won't be rushed into big minutes.
Griffin was contacted by several teams including the Miami Heat, Los Angeles Lakers, Boston Celtics and Golden State Warriors.
