Miami and Oklahoma City Complete a Trade

Trevor Ariza has made NBA history as he's been traded for the 11th time. The Miami Heat and Oklahoma City Thunder have completed a trade that sees the Heat acquire Ariza in exchange for Meyers Leonard and a second-round pick in 2027.

The veteran Ariza has long been rumored to be heading to the Heat and now gets his wish. He'll be able to guard multiple positions and provide the team with another perimeter shooter.

As for Leonard he's been in the news lately for all the wrong reasons and the Heat have been working the phones trying to find a suitor to get him off their hands. His racist comments during a streaming session of a video game played a big part of this trade. He is expected to be bought out by the Thunder.

More moves to come as it's expected to be a busy deadline leading up to March 25th.
