Anthony Davis Questionable For Game 5 with Groin Injury

When Anthony Davis left the Los Angeles Lakers Game 4 loss to the Phoenix Suns with a 'grade 1' groin injury, the Lakers' entire fan base could feel the pain.

According to Adrian Wojnarowski, it's not looking good for AD's status for Game 5 tomorrow night. Woj says he's "not hearing great optimism".

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) Dr. Rajpal Brar, an NBA injury expert, says this kind of injury typically has a 7-to-10 day timeline. But with a critical Game 5 looming in a 2-2 series with the Phoenix Suns, Davis' fate will likely not be officially determined until he gives it a try at shootaround tomorrow.

Dr. Brar also says the Lakers will be walking a "risk-reward tightrope" as this type of injury can easily be re-aggravated.

Safe to say that all of Lakers Nation has that "walking a tightrope" feeling as they get ready for Game 5 on Tuesday.
