Video: Heat's Haslem Ejected Just Minutes Into His Season Debut


Talk about making an entrance, Miami Heat veteran Udonis Haslem suited up on Thursday for the first time this season and just three minutes into the game, he was ejected.

The Heat big man checked in against the Philadelphia 76ers late in the first quarter, and Heat fans loved it, giving him a standing ovation. Two minutes later Haslem and Dwight Howard of the 76ers were jawing back and forth and got themselves into a dust up. The two were shoving each other in the face and both received double technical fouls and ejections.

The 40-year-old Haslem has always played with a chip on his shoulder and it looks like he's been chomping at the bit for some competition. There's potential this is the last we see of Haslem, as he mentioned "if this is the last one, I finished it the only way Udonis Haslem could - with an ejection." Miami Heat head coach Erik Spoelstra admitted this was his favorite moment of the season, by far.
