Giannis Antetokounmpo-James Harden Beef Resumes as Bucks-Nets Set For Epic 2nd Round Matchup

The most anticipated 2nd round matchup in years gets underway Saturday night, when the Brooklyn Nets and Milwaukee Bucks go head-to-head. And while many are already calling this the "true championship", many eyes will also be on the next chapter of the Giannis Antetokounmpo-James Harden beef.

Some will try to tell you the beef doesn't really exist, but if you believe that, have a look at this Giannis-Harden beef timeline:

The rivalry really ratcheted up during the 2019 All-Star Draft when team captain Giannis passed on choosing Harden for his team, jokingly saying "I want somebody that's gonna pass the ball!" After the game though, Giannis doubled down on his diss, by taunting Harden's defense: "Offensively, we were just trying to find whoever James Harden was guarding."

The Greek Freak's comedic taunts didn't go unnoticed by The Beard, who eventually responded with "I wish I could be 7-feet, run and just dunk. That takes no skill at all," Harden said. "I gotta actually learn how to play basketball and how to have skill."

Kendrick Perkins says "they got the beef, now let's see who wants to make hamburgers!"

This should be one meaty main course of a matchup.
