Orlando Magic Sign 10-Year Veteran to Help Fill Out Roster

Over the course of his 10-year career, the 6-foot-3 combo guard has played with five different teams; on Wednesday, E’Twaun Moore decided to return to the Orlando Magic, on a one-year, $2.6 million dollar deal.

The 31-year-old joins a very crowded Orlando backcourt, and it's unlikely he'll see much playing time. But he will no doubt provide a solid veteran presence for the talented young gaggle of guards the Magic have assembled.

Jalen Suggs, Markelle Fultz, RJ Hampton and Cole Anthony have a total of 6 combined years in the NBA among the four of them. And three of those were pretty much lost years for Fultz.

Moore rejoins the team he was with from 2012 through 2014, after having played just 27 games last year after he signed with the Phoenix Suns. Before that, he enjoyed a successful 4-year stint with the New Orleans Pelicans.

Moore has career averages of 7.9 points a game while shooting 38.8% beyond the arc.

The Magic now have just one roster spot left to fill.
