Anthony Edwards Calls Out His Timberwolves Teammates

Anthony Edwards wants his teammates to 'lock the f**k in'. The Minnesota Timberwolves super sophomore was not pleased with his team's performance on Monday night against the New Orleans Pelicans and wasn't shy to voice his concerns.

Edwards met with the media after the 107-98 loss and was pretty pissed off with how things went down against the Pels:

Wake-up call for sure. Lock in. Lock the f--- in. Everybody coming in here thinking it's sweet playing the Pelicans. Whooped our ass. Now our back's on the wall again. We got to wake up. We think we the only ones on the team. We got to be willing to pass the ball. There's no 'I' in team. We can't beat five people with three people. We beat five people with five people

Edwards knocked down 28 points and Karl-Anthony Towns had a game-high 32 points to go along with 14 rebounds, and seven assists. Meanwhile D'Angelo Russell only had nine points and four assists.

It's obvious there's a ton of talent on the Timberwolves but for some reason they can't seem to make the jump. We'll see how they matchup against the champs as they take on the Milwaukee Bucks on Wednesday and you can bet Edwards will be coming out aggressive from the tip.
