NBA Rumors: Raptors & Pacers Talking Big Name Trade

The Toronto Raptors have been lacking offense out of the center spot, and a reliable rim protector. Certainly, Myles Turner would fulfill both of those needs. And according to NBA reporter Evan Massey, they've discussed a deal with Indiana that could include OG Anunoby heading to the Pacers.

Turner is in high demand on the trade market, ever since the Pacers made him available a month ago. Several teams have been at the forefront of Turner talks according to a report earlier this week, but Toronto would be a new entry to the discussions.

Turner leads the NBA in blocks for the 3rd time in 4 seasons, though his 3-point shooting has tailed off in recent weeks.

OG Anunoby has improved his scoring in each of his five years in the league, and is having his best season yet as a core piece in the Raptors rotation. He's averaging a career-high 19.3 points, 2.3 assists and 1.6 steals, to go along with 5.1 rebounds.

His 36.3% shooting from three-point range is down a bit from his recent seasons, but it's actually still considerably better than Turner's 33.9%.

Anunoby is also a beast at the defensive end of the court, able to guard 1-through-5. Raptors fans definitely have a unanimous take on whether this potential deal would go through:
