Spurs And Guard Reach Buyout Agreement
The San Antonio Spurs and Tomas Satoransky have reached a buyout agreement. The 30-year-old will now be a free agent.
The Spurs just acquired Satoransky earlier this month, but now his time with the team is already coming to a close. The veteran guard played in just one game with the Spurs, where he had three points and one rebound. In 33 total games this season between them and the New Orleans Pelicans, he averaged 2.8 points, 2.0 rebounds, and 2.3 assists.
Adrian Wojnarowski reported that Satoransky is expected to sign with the Washington Wizards from here. He actually began his career with the organization, so he of course is a familiar face. He should be a solid depth option for them for the remainder of the campaign.
