NBA Rumors: Trail Blazers Not Done Dealing; Targeting Another Eastern Conference Star

The Portland Trail Blazers are seriously thought to be dangling the No.7 pick in tonight's NBA Draft. And according to Chris Haynes of Yahoo Sports, they've got their hearts set on another Eastern Conference star.   

Portland Trail Blazers are in pursuit of Toronto Raptors forward OG Anunoby with the No. 7 pick in Thursday’s draft in play, league sources tell @YahooSports.

Here we go again. Despite no indication directly from OG Anunoby's camp or the Toronto Raptors, another team is pushing hard to acquire him. It's highly unlikely the No. 7 pick alone would get Masai Ujiri to part with the two-way 24-year-old forward — if he'd even consider trading him at all.

Just yesterday, Portland began to re-tool by trading for scoring forward Jerami Grant from the Detroit Pistons. The Blazers are taking on money and taking on players, in an all-out attempt to finally surround Damian Lillard with the talent he needs to get the team to the next level. 

Expect Portland to be one of the busiest teams at tonight's draft.
