NBA Rumors: Zach LaVine's Free Agency Plans Closer To Fruition

He might be the top free agent on the market this summer, but he won't be a free agent for long, and it likely won't go much into the summer, according to the latest report out of the Windy City. Chicago sports insider Daniel Greenberg suggests that Zach LaVine's future is already decided.

Greenberg says that the Bulls have already informed LaVine that they'll offer him the 5-year max, and that Zach is planning to accept it, as noted by Chicago sports radio's David Kaplan.

The 5-year deal should be worth around $210M, while other teams can only offer him a 4-year pact at about $157M.

The 26-year-old had previously said he wanted to test the free agent waters and enjoy the experience, but there are 53 million reasons why he'll want to re-up in Chi-Town. Not to mention that over the past five years, he's established himself as a Bulls' mainstay, a two-time All-Star, that's averaged 24.4 points, 4.7 rebounds and 4.4 assists.
