NBA Rumors: Miami Heat To "Exhaust All Options" To Acquire Kevin Durant

How serious are the Miami Heat to land Kevin Durant from the Brooklyn Nets? According to Heat beat writer Barry Jackson, very serious.

Jackson says the Heat are "determined to exhaust all options to acquire Durant before pursuing anything else significant."

He notes that the Heat's "serious pursuit" of Durant is well-known around the league, and is using a Las Vegas Summer League dining experience as proof.

Jackson says that the Heat's GM Andy Elisburg and his Nets' counterpart Sean Marks are not only conversing when they see each other at the hotel, they're actually "dining together." Perhaps KD is the main course.
