Stephen Curry Ejected In Golden State Warriors Win Over Memphis Grizzlies

Golden State Warriors guard Stephen Curry lost his cool on Wednesday night. With less than two minutes remaining in the Warriors' 122-120 win over the Memphis Grizzlies, Curry tossed his mouth guard into the crowd following a missed three by Jordan Poole, resulting in an immediate ejection. Curry played 35 minutes before his departure, accounting for 34 points, two rebounds, three assists, and two steals. He also hit on four of his eight three-pointers. He's averaging 29.3 points per game this season with his typically excellent efficiency (.655 true shooting percentage).

The Warriors dodged a bullet by hanging on in Curry's absence. They held a narrow 116-114 lead upon his ejection and exchanged leads in a tense final minute of play. Thankfully, Poole hit a lay-up with less than two seconds on the clock to secure the win and lift the Warriors to 24-24 on the season.
