NBA Rumors: Veteran Point Guard Drawing Interest Overseas

Over the past few years, basketball has grown exponentially throughout the world, and while most people think of Europe and Asia as the top two regions for players beyond the United States, the NBL down in Australia has been growing just as much, with the likes of LaMelo Ball, Stephen Jackson, Rick Brunson, Patrick Mills, Luc Longley and so many others playing down under.

Now, it appears that several teams down under are targeting former Washington Wizards, Houston Rockets and Los Angeles Clippers point guard John Wall, and whether or not the interest is reciprocated is uncertain as of this moment, but if the NBA doesn't have a spot for him anymore, this could be a solid career move.

Wall was last seen playing for the Los Angeles Clippers this past season, but was ultimately traded back to Houston before being waived three days later, and while he still averaged 11.4 PPG in his time with the Clippers, it's clear there's so much talent coming through the league, meaning that the overseas route like Dwight Howard may be the best opportunity for him.
