New York Knicks Star Likely To Re-Sign In Free Agency

The New York Knicks are in the midst of an incredibly surprising run through the NBA Playoffs, and while they could still fall victim to the Miami Heat in their Eastern Conference Semi-Final matchup, one thing is for sure, this is a team with a very bright future behind the likes of Jalen Brunson, R.J. Barrett and the much maligned Julius Randle.

One of the biggest keys to their playoff success thus far has been mid-season acquisition Josh Hart, who the team acquired at a relatively cheap price from the Portland Trail Blazers, and now, it appears he has no intention of leaving the culture that New York are building.

Reportedly, Hart is set to reject the player-option in the final year of his current contract in order to re-sign in New York on a potentially long-term, and with the love the city has shown him and vice versa in his short time as a Knick, he will be welcomed back in a big way.
