Jayson Tatum Makes Massive Statement About His Former Teammate

 

The Boston Celtics were one of the best teams in the NBA a season ago, but unfortunately, their playoff failures took center stage once again, and after that, the team looked to make some big changes this summer.

One of those changes was moving Marcus Smart to the Memphis Grizzlies, and it's safe to say that their teammates will miss him, as superstar Jayson Tatum made a glowing statement about the point guard, claiming he is the 'best defender in the league'.

After winning a Defensive Player of the Year award, it's hard to argue that he's among the best defenders and arguably the best defensive guard in the NBA, but at this point, Tatum is likely just showing love to a former teammate.
