Woj Reports On James Harden's Next Move After Not Reporting On Media Day

James Harden's absence on Media Day for the Philadelphia 76ers was painfully obvious. What isn't, is what his next move will be, as he continues to sulk over not being traded.

But according to NBA Insider Adrian Wojnarowski, The Beard's next move will be to report to Sixers camp—as early as today, or on Wednesday. However, that comes with a caveat:

"That doesn't necessarily signal that James Harden will be fully participating in practice or will practice at all or how soon he might," added Woj. "They expect him to practice, they expect him to play, he's under contract this season. But, James Harden arriving in Colorado (where the Sixers are holding camp) to technically join his team may be different from assuming that he'll be a full-fledged member of this organization again."

Harden picked up his $36M option for this season earlier in the summer, then immediately demanded a trade (specifically wanting to go to the Los Angeles Clippers—there's been little movement on that front). He's been in a snit all summer ever since, including calling Philly president of basketball ops Daryl Morey "a liar."

How this drama will play out going forward will certainly bear watching, and brings back eerie memories for fans in Philly who went through all of this just two years ago with Ben Simmons.
