Breaking: Free Agent Tyus Jones Signs Deal With Championship Contender
Just one day after being waived by the Dallas Mavericks, 11-year veteran Tyus Jones has landed a new gig, signing on with the Denver Nuggets for the rest of the season.

Denver was in need of a point guard to take over as backup to Jamal Murray, and to take some of the ball-handling and playmaking duties off Nikola Jokic.
Jones has proven himself to be a strong playmaker. The 29-year-old had three straight seasons before this one averaging double-digits in points and anywhere from five to seven assists per night.
