Disney Making a Biopic on Giannis Antetokounmpo's Life

Giannis Antetokounmpo's life is heading to the 'big screen', after it was announced Disney is in the production stages to create a biopic around the upbringing and journey to the NBA for the 'Greek Freak'. And just as you would expect, he's bringing his two brothers along for the ride.

Giannis brought attention to the news after he tweeted out a roll call, looking for young actors who look like him and his brothers, and yes, you will need to have a little bit of 'basketball experience' to get the role. Shocker.

"Greak Freak" will be the project of Disney along with Nigerian director/writer/actor Akin Omotoso. No date has been set for the release, but expect exclusivity to go to Disney + streaming service.
