Blockbuster Trade: Nuggets Send Michael Porter Jr. to the Brooklyn Nets

The Denver Nuggets are shaking things up after a disappointing finish to their season. They have dealt long-time small forward Michael Porter Jr. to the Brooklyn Nets, in exchange for Cam Johnson.

The Nuggets also send a 2032 unprotected first rounder to Brooklyn.

Johnson has been on the trade block for a couple of years, as the Nets continue their rebuild.

For Denver, the move saves them $17 million and they have their full midlevel exception, allowing them to target another solid piece in free agency.

More to come...
