More Details Revealed On Terence Davis' Arrest

Toronto Raptor Terence Davis was arrested on Tuesday night at a condo building in Manhattan, NY, and it turns out there's plenty more to the situation then we first thought.

According to Sports Illustrated, Davis is facing SEVEN counts which include two counts of assault, harassment, endangering the welfare of a child and criminal mischief. Davis will be appearing in court on December 11.

His lawyer made mention that his client has pleaded not guilty on all accounts. According to reports, Davis was arrested for slapping his girlfriend after the two got into a heated exchange where he slapped her and then broke her phone.

ESPN gave us more info saying the woman's son was next to her when he hit her, causing him to fall down, which is why there's the count regarding the welfare of a child.

Scary stuff and expect the Raptors to let Davis go. Hopefully they provide him with some help first, sounds like he needs it.
