Trouble in Paradise for the Atlanta Hawks

In news no Atlanta Hawks fan is going to want to see, the team is dealing with some serious adversity as John Collins  made it known he wasn't happy how the offense was being run by Trae Young.

Collins is looking for the team to move the ball more and have a more fluid offense that goes deep into the shot clock, meanwhile Young is known for jacking up threes as soon as possible. Collins is an up-and-coming star that the Hawks should totally be getting more involved, however you have to be professional about these types of things and from all accounts it sounds like he's been.

Young reportedly didn't mention anything in the film session but told other players afterwards he completely disagreed with Collins.

The 23-year-old Collins is in his fourth season with the Hawks and is currently averaging 17.9 points, 7.5 rebounds and 1.8 assists. He's set to be an restricted free-agent this offseason after he and the team couldn't agree on terms before the deadline, so he's in a contract year and wants to get paid.

Can't blame him for that.

As for Young, he's averaging 25.9 points, 8.4 assists and 4.3 rebounds. The Hawks currently are 4-4 on the year and sit ninth in the East. They have a ton of talent and could do some damage. They just need to get on the same page, and soon.

Where's Vince Carter when you need him?
