USC Freshman Evan Mobley Declares for NBA Draft

USC Trojans star center Evan Mobley has completed his one-and-done season at the NCAA level and has now declared for the NBA Draft. Mobley had an incredible Freshman year, winning PAC-12 Player of the Year, Defensive Player of the Year & Freshman of the Year - the first player to win all three awards in the same season.

Widely regarded as one of the top-2 prospects along with Cade Cunningham, Mobley is a legitimate 7'0" big man who has drawn comparisons to All-NBA players like Chris Bosh and the recently retired LaMarcus Aldridge, as a big man who has a solid outside shooting touch, handles and ability to finish above the rim. However, it's Mobley's defense that has many members of tanking teams excited. He has the potential to be a game-changer on the defensive end, as shown by his 2.8 bpg in his one season as a Trojan. Needless to say, there are some pretty high expectations for the young man from California.

Look for Mobley to challenge Cunningham for the number one selection in this year's draft, and don't be surprised to see some fan-friendly content from him along the way, as he tweeted his decision to enter the draft and created an NFT for a fan to purchase as memorabilia
