NBA Christmas Day Schedule Features Star-Studded Matchup

As usual, the stars will be coming out for Christmas in the NBA, as the league has announced its slate of must-see viewing for its Christmas Day games. Excitement is already building for the star-studded featured matchup.

Brooklyn Nets vs. Los Angeles Lakers is the prime time headliner; New York vs. L.A... Kevin Durant, James Harden and Kyrie Irving vs. LeBron James, Anthony Davis and Russell Westbrook. Big 3 vs Big 3. The two betting favorites for the NBA Finals.

The Atlanta Hawks will be back in Madison Square Garden for a rematch of their first-round playoff series vs. the New York Knicks. The Hawks won that series 4-1.

It'll be the Hawks' first Christmas Day appearance since 1989, ending the longest Dec. 25th drought in the NBA. The Sacramento Kings now have the longest streak, going back to 2003 since their last invite.

Following the Hawks/Knicks, it'll be the Boston Celtics at the defending champion Milwaukee Bucks, then the Golden State Warriors will visit the Western Conference champion Suns in Phoenix.

The day will finish with a matchup of Luka vs the Spida—the Dallas Mavericks facing the Utah Jazz, Luka Doncic vs. Donovan Mitchell.
