LaVar Ball Wants Ball "Superteam" in the NBA

It was a fun matchup of Lonzo Ball vs. his little brother LaMelo Ball on the court in Chicago Monday night. But it was papa LaVar Ball who tried to steal the headlines.

The Big Baller Brand chief showed up for the game, front row, wearing an "I told you so" hat. He also called on the Chicago Bulls to form a "superteam" of his three sons (LiAngelo plays for the Hornets' G League team).

According to Block Club Chicago, LaVar "met with the team’s executive vice president of basketball operations and lobbied him to 'get all three of' his sons: Lonzo, LiAngelo and LaMelo."

“By themselves, they are good. But together, they’re great,” Papa Ball said.

His next goal: The Billionaire Club. "“Now I say my boys are going to be the first billionaires to play basketball,” Ball said. ”Individuals, we’re all millionaires. But as a family, we’ll be billionaires.”

Lonzo Ball signed a 4-year, $85M contract with the Bulls this past offseason, while LaMelo is still on his 4-year, $35M rookie contract. LiAngelo is still making chump change in the G League. Add in Lonzo's completed $33M rookie contract, and they've still got about 800 Mill to go, but safe to say, they are well on their way.

And LaVar Ball told you so.
