Draymond Green Joins TNT's Inside The NBA, Breaking New Ground As First Active Player

Draymond Green likes to talk. And to be honest, he can be pretty entertaining when he does. He'll now get a chance to put that to good use, as the first-ever active player to officially join TNT's Inside The NBA crew.

Green has been a guest panelist with Ernie, Chuck and Kenny in the past, and in fact, had some noteworthy takes in his debut on the set two summers ago during the playoffs.

He returned for another stint as a guest analyst with the TNT crew during the 2021 playoffs, and now he's made it official, signing a multi-year contract.

“I’ve had an amazing experience working with Turner Sports in recent years and I’m a big believer in the way they entertain and genuinely connect with fans on all levels,” said Green in a statement. “Today’s announcement helps to formalize our relationship and I couldn’t be prouder to officially be a part of the TNT family.”

He's currently out of the lineup with a calf injury and a disc problem in his lower back, with no return to the court in sight. No problem sitting on the 'Inside' set, however, as he'll debut tonight.
