"That's Unacceptable": Miles Bridges Owns Up To Actions After Ugly Ejection

Charlotte Hornets forward Miles Bridges was ejected midway through the fourth quarter of their 132-103 season-ending loss to the Atlanta Hawks on Wednesday. After getting thrown out, Bridges, visibly frustrated, threw his mouthpiece and hit a young lady on the head in the stands.

The 24-year-old owned up to his "unacceptable" actions following the game and asked the help of NBA Twitter to connect him with the girl.

Bridges' emotions definitely got the best of him, considering the Hornets were in the midst of seeing their season come to a close in the form of a beatdown from the Hawks.

The lefty finished with 12 points on 5-of-11 shooting, to go along with four rebounds and four assists. He laid a goose egg from beyond the arc, missing all of his four triple tries, and was a minus-30 in 30 minutes on the floor.

Still, that shouldn't excuse Bridges of how he reacted to getting ejected. Nonetheless, it's good to see him take accountability and apologize to the girl. Hopefully he finds her and makes amends.

For the second straight season, the Hornets once again fall in the play-in tournament. Meanwhile, Bridges had a breakout campaign this season that saw him turn in career averages of 20.2 points, 7.0 rebounds, and 3.8 assists.
