NBA Rumors: Quin Snyder Could Leave Utah Jazz

It was another tough finish to the playoffs for the Utah Jazz. A team with two All-NBA players, that's shown so much promise during the past couple of regular seasons just hasn't been able to get it done in the postseason. Now, according to Insiders Adrian Wojnarowski and Tim MacMahon, coach Quin Snyder's time in Utah could be coming to an end.

"After weeks of conversations with ownership and management, Utah Jazz coach Quin Snyder’s future remains unclear and a possibility exists that he could decide to end his eight-year tenure with the franchise," writes Wojnarowski.

According to Woj and MacMahon, he has not yet been secured to return next season.

Snyder has had no desire to look into one of the open coaching vacancies that have popped up thus far this offseason, and in fact, might just simply sit out the year.

Insider Marc Stein has also reported that Snyder might be looking for a season off to "recharge."

The 55-year-old has a 372-264 record in his 8 seasons with the Jazz.
