NBA Rumors: Patrick Beverley Draws Trade Interest From Two Teams

Just one day after publicly challenging the Utah Jazz to either compete this season, or trade him, two possible trade destinations have come to light.

According to Jake Fischer of Bleacher Report, the Los Angeles Lakers and Miami Heat have both shown interest in acquiring Beverley, if the Jazz are ready to turn him around again after picking him up in the Rudy Gobert trade.

The Lakers will be underlining scrappy, tough competitiveness under new head coach Darvin Ham, so Beverley could be someone they have their eye on. And perhaps Pat Riley sees Pat Bev fitting into the whole "Heat Culture" thing. We know that the Heat emphasize defense at all costs.

On Tuesday, the "in your face" guard went on Instagram Live and challenged the Jazz.

“Utah ya’ll tryna win or ya’ll tryna tank? Let me know," said Beverley. "We gon' take Utah all the way, or Utah gon' say they don’t need me and we can go somewhere else?”
