Pistons Sign G League All-Rookie Team Center

The Detroit Pistons are bringing in another big man to compete for a roster spot at training camp, signing G League All-Rookie team center Micah Potter to a deal.

Potter played three games with the Pistons last season while on a 10-day contract, and averaged four points and three rebounds in about 10 minutes of action per game.

The 24-year-old played 32 G League games with the Sioux Falls Skyforce, averaging 16.8 points per game and 9.5 rebounds, while spacing the floor with a very impressive 45% from three-point range.

The 6'10", 250-pound Potter went undrafted in 2021 coming out of Wisconsin, after putting up 12.5 points and 5.9 rebounds in his senior year. He also shot 38% from three over the course of his four years in college.

The Pistons' G League affiliate, the Motor City Cruise, made the announcement.
