Andre Iguodala Announces His Decision On His Future

The Golden State Warriors have been holding a roster spot for him, hoping that 18-year veteran, 4-time champion Andre Iguodala would come back for his 19th season. Today, he's made the announcement on his own podcast.  

Iguodala has confirmed he will be coming back to the Warriors to run it back one more time, and he emphasized, in a special message to his teammate Steph Curry, “I’m letting you know now, Steph, this the last one!”

"I was retired for the majority of the summer," said Iguodala, "but my brothers, they reeled me back in."

The 38-year-old also said he really wants to savor this last go-round. 

"This year, every city I encounter, I really want to tap into something I've never seen before," referencing museums and restaurants, etc.

Iguodala also says he wants spend another year mentoring the young guys, like Jonathan Kuminga and Moses Moody: "I'm gonna let them know, 'listen, if I get on the court, you ain't doing something right!" 

Year No. 19 is all set for 4-time champ Andre Iguodala. And naturally, it's Finals or Bust. Iggy has been in the NBA Finals in 7 of the last 8 seasons.
