NBA Rumors: Bucks Put Guard On Trade Market

The Milwaukee Bucks are off to a rousing start to the season at 10-1, even without their No. 2 option Khris Middleton. But that doesn't mean they're standing pat; according to Jake Fischer of Yahoo Sports, "Milwaukee has called numerous teams about Grayson Allen’s trade prospects, sources said."

Fischer cites that, in particular, the Bucks have been looking into an Allen for Jae Crowder trade with the Phoenix Suns. Crowder has been sitting at home all season waiting for a deal to be struck. And the Phoenix need might be more urgent these days with starting forward Cam Johnson out for a couple of months.

The Bucks have been trying to replace PJ Tucker since he left in 2021, and Crowder could be an answer.

As for Allen, he is off to a strong start to the season in Milwaukee, averaging 10.8 points and hitting threes at a career-high 42.6%. His scrappy (some would say 'dirty'?) play continues to ruffle opponents' feathers.

Should be interesting to see if the Bucks find a taker—Phoenix or otherwise.
