ICYMI: Brooklyn Nets Re-Sign Big Man

The Brooklyn Nets have maintained some depth at center, by re-signing 7'2" big man Moses Brown to another 10-day contract.

It's the second 10-day for Brown with Brooklyn, though he only got into one game thus far, playing four minutes. He'll retain his spot as a depth piece, as the 3rd center, behind Nic Claxton and Day'Ron Sharpe.

Of note, however, is that because Brown was waived by the New York Knicks earlier this month (after March 1st), he is not playoff-eligible.

Earlier in the season, Brown was on a two-way contract with the Los Angeles Clippers. However, he reached his 50-game max (for a two-way deal), so the Clips were forced to release him. In 34 games played with LA, Brown averaged 8.5 minutes, 4.6 points and 4.1 boards.

In the G League, with the Ontario Clippers, Brown was averaging 11.8 points and 12.3 rebounds along with 1.5 blocked shots in just 23 minutes per game over four contests.

Brown has played parts of four seasons in the NBA, with five different teams. In 126 games in total, he's averaged 12.6 minutes, with 5.6 points and 5.3 rebounds.
