NBA Rumors: Dallas Mavericks Fear Superstar Could Request Trade In 2024

The Dallas Mavericks have now officially been eliminated from playoff contention, and after their tactics towards the end of the season, it appears they could be in danger of losing the biggest star the franchise has ever seen (not named Dirk Nowitzki). 

While Luka Doncic is reportedly going to give the team a chance to right the ship in 2023, there are fears that he could request a trade the following summer, and given the way the roster is constructed right now, it's hard to see a turnaround coming quickly.

With a chance at the play in spot still, the team rested up to five starters, including Luka himself, and when asked about it, he responded with "I didn't like that", so it's safe to say that we should all keep an eye on Dallas this off-season.
