BREAKING: Kevin Porter Jr. Traded In Multi-Player Deal

The Houston Rockets said that Kevin Porter Jr. could never play for them again after allegations of domestic violence, and they meant it. Porter Jr. has been traded to the Oklahoma City Thunder in a multi-player trade. But the Thunder aren't interested in Porter either:

OKC has immediately waived Porter, while receiving two future second-round picks from the Rockets. In return, Houston receives Victor Oladipo and Jeremiah Robinson-Earl.

According to Adrian Wojnarowski, the Thunder will have to pay the $16.9M guaranteed left on Porter Jr.'s contract. OKC collected four second-round picks in acquiring and moving Oladipo's $9.5M expiring deal this offseason. The Thunder now have 15 first-round and 22 second-round picks over the next seven years.

As for Porter Jr., his NBA career may have come to a screeching halt at the age of 23. Prosecutors, meanwhile, have dropped one of the assault charges against him, according to the latest reports of his alleged assault of his girlfriend.
