Big-3 Game Forfeited as Lance Stephenson & Dwight Howard Trigger Brawls

They're not called the LA Riot for nothing. After a big brawl between the teams that spilled into the stands last year, the BIG3 rematch between the Riot and the Miami 305 on the very day of the 2026 season had to be forfeited on Saturday after another massive melee set off by the likes of Michael Beasley, Dwight Howard, & Lance Stephenson.

The hostilities really heated up when Howard and Beasley got tangled up in the second half and it quickly escalated into a wild scuffle. Both of them were ejected from the game.

A few minutes later, things got even uglier when Stephenson took down Devin Ebanks with a hard body slam, then started throwing punches at Jordan Crawford who came charging onto the scene. Another wild free-for-all ensued.

Stephenson was then ejected, leaving Miami with just two players, thereby losing by forfeit 39-30. The Miami 305 are the BIG3 defending champions.
