3-Time Slam Dunk Champion Mac McClung Signs Contract For 2026-27
Three-time NBA Slam Dunk champion Mac McClung has signed with Bàsquet Girona in Spain, the team announced.

McClung has signed with Bàsquet Girona—the Spanish club founded and owned by former NBA All-Star and World Champion Marc Gasol. The team plays in the Spanish Liga ACB and the FIBA Europe Cup.

McClung is one of only two players with three NBA Slam Dunk Contest titles, along with Nate Robinson. But he's the first and only to win it without actually being a regular player in the league for more than a couple of games.
The high-flying guard also took home the MVP of the G League last season as well, averaging 31.8 points, 7.9 assists and 3.4 rebounds per game in 29 starts with the Windy City Bulls. It was his second such honor in three seasons, becoming the only player in G League history to receive the Most Valuable Player award more than once.
McClung played eight games with the big club in Chicago, averaging 6.0 ppg in 12.6 minutes per contest. He finished the year on a high note, recording 13 points in 18 minutes of floor time in the Bulls' regular season finale.
