The Next Up-And-Coming NBA Head Coach... Rajon Rondo

Rajon Rondo has been a floor general his entire career. The Lakers point guard is in the midst of a battle with the Miami Heat in this year's NBA Finals, but already has an eye on his future in the league.

Following his playing career, Rondo has made it known that he is very interested to stick around as a coach or general manager. Earlier this season, Lakers Head Coach Frank Vogel even asked Rondo to join the coaching staff while he rehabbing an injury.

It's hardly surprising. With his leadership skills, unselfishness and the ability to connect with multiple personalities on his teams, Rondo has all the skills necessary to be a solid NBA Coach. His analytical mindset and strong work ethic will help him become a successful General Manager & President one day, too. Rondo has always been a team guy, as he is 15th all-time in career assists and has Captained multiple teams.

Look for the Boston Celtics, LA Lakers or New Orleans Pelicans to reach out to Rondo once he hangs up his sneakers.

The NBA is a better place with "Playoff Rondo". Next time around, it just may be from the sidelines.
