LeBron James Goes Off On The NBA Regarding Injuries In This Year's Playoffs

LeBron James went on a Twitter rant regarding the plethora of injuries that have taken place during this year's postseason. James laments that the league "didn't wanna listen to me about the start of the season" and that he "knew exactly what would happen."

The four-times Finals MVP certainly looks prescient, as a record-breaking nine All-Stars have been affected by injuries thus far in the playoffs. James condemns these injuries for being more than merely a part of the game, stating that they're due to a "lack of pure rim rest before starting back up." He goes on to apologize to the fans since they are the one's being short-changed by the lack of prudence from the league, having to watch as their favorite players get plagued by injuries.

James believes that had the league been more amenable at the start of the season, this inundation of injuries could have been avoided — and it's hard to argue with him. Like he appropriately states, there's no better person to ask when it comes to maintaining their body.
