Done Deal: Nuggets & Thunder Complete Trade

With the NBA Draft just 10 days away, teams will be jockeying for position to either trade in, trade up, or trade out of the first round. The manoeuvering has begun, as the Denver Nuggets have traded forward JaMychal Green to the Oklahoma City Thunder to secure another first-round pick.

Insider Adrian Wojnarowski is reporting that the Nuggets are also sending a protected 2027 first-rounder along with Green, in return for the Thunder's 30th pick in the draft plus two future second-rounders.

The moves now leave the Nuggets with picks at No. 21 and No. 30 in this month's draft, while the Thunder still own the No. 2 and 12 pick in the first-round, plus the 34th pick (second-round).

Green, a 6'8" power forward, is a 7-year veteran with career averages of 7.9 points and 5.7 rebounds. He's also a career 36.6% shooter from three-point range, though he had an off-year from the arc this past season, hitting on just 26.6%.
