Video: Damian Lillard Goes OFF, Moves Up On Exclusive NBA List

He's done it again. Damian Lillard has moved up on the list of NBA royalty. With his 4th career 60-point game, he ties Michael Jordan and James Harden, behind only Kobe Bryant (6) and Wilt Chamberlain (32) for the most in history.

His latest outburst came as the Portland Trail Blazers beat the Utah Jazz 134-124.

What makes this accomplishment even more incredible, is the efficiency with which he did it. He scored 60 on just 29 shots, hitting on 21 of them, and with an 89.8% True Shooting percentage, registering the most efficient 60-point game in NBA history.

Dame hit on 9-of-15 from long range, and added 10 free throws.

“Any time you score 60 points, it’s special, but I think this one I felt like it came pretty simple,” Lillard said after the game.

“When you’re in that kind of groove, you always feel like you can get it back going in the right direction for the team. You get in that type of zone, you feel like you can control the outcome.”

And, ever the class act that he is, Lillard passed up on a chance for a career-high (it's currently 61) in the final seconds, because he just didn't want to rub it in his opponents' faces.

Lillard is now averaging a career-high 30.1 points on the season.
