NBA Rumors: Team USA Head Coach To Retire After 2024 Paris Olympics
Team USA were disappointing in the recent FIBA World Cup, but with the Paris Olympics less than a year away, they've already got commitments from some of the biggest stars in the game like LeBron James, Steph Curry and Joel Embiid as they aim for another Olympic gold.
It could potentially be the final time representing Team USA for several of those big name players, and now, it's reportedly the end of the line for Steve Kerr as Head Coach, as he is expected to retire after the Olympic Games.
While Team USA hasn't had amazing success under Kerr, he's been a fantastic coach in Golden State, and with a star studded roster, he will hope to go out on a high note by bringing them yet another gold medal.Steve Kerr is expected to retire as the coach of Team USA once the Paris Olympics conclude, per @TheAthleticNBA pic.twitter.com/tytLu9Jkyt
