Anthony Edwards Goes OFF On T-Wolves Faithful, Blasting Home Fans
In an NSFW profanity-laced rant, Minnesota Timberwolves leading scorer and star player Anthony Edward absolutely went OFF on the T-Wolves faithful, going scorched earth on the Minny home fans for booing the team amidst its four-game losing and slide out of the West playoff picture.

“The fans f****** booing us. That s*** is crazy, man. We’re getting booed in our home arena. That’s so f****** disrespectful, it’s crazy."

“The fans f****** booing us. That s*** is crazy, man. We’re getting booed in our home arena. That’s so f****** disrespectful, it’s crazy," said Ant about his home crowd.
Some would say it's deserved, as last year's Western Conference Finalists have stumbled out of the gate, currently on a 4-game skid, with an 8-10 record, and in 12th spot in the Conference. In losing 7 of their last 9, they were downed in back-to-back games by the lowly Portland Trail Blazers, as well as a defeat at the hands of the even lowlier Toronto Raptors.
But Edwards didn't reserve his rant for the fans only, he also called his own team "soft", and said the Wolves are too negative with each other:
“We soft as hell as a team, internally. Not to the other team, but internally, we soft,” Edwards said. “We can’t talk to each other. Just a bunch of little kids. Just like we playing with a bunch of little kids. Everybody, the whole team. We just can’t talk to each other. And we’ve got to figure it out, because we can’t go down this road.
“However many of us it is, all 15, we go into our own shell and we’re just growing away from each other. It’s obvious. We can see it. I can see it, the team can see it, the coaches can see it."
Sounds like the T-Wolves are going to have to figure out a way, together, to get themselves out of this funk. And according to Ant, it starts by talking it out.
The schedule won't be doing them any favors, either. Their next stretch includes games against the LA Lakers, the Clippers (2x), the Golden State Warriors (3x) and the New York Knicks.
