NBA Free Agency News: Insider Reveals Myles Turner's Future

Myles Turner and the Indiana Pacers are still a little busy at the moment, getting set to play in their second consecutive Eastern Conference Finals. But the pending free agent Turner's name will continue to be a hot topic even when the Pacers' playoff run is done, and we now have a new revelation on Turner's future as a top center on the market this summer.

The Pacers' rim-protecting, floor-spacing big man would be one of the highest in-demand players come July 1st, but according to Jake Fischer of The Stein Line substack newsletter, there's more and more evidence that he will re-sign with the Pacers.

The 6-foot-11 center's actions on the court certainly don't look like those of someone who's tired of wearing the Indiana uniform.

Turner has been a beast in the playoffs once again for the Pacers, helping to lead them to another Conference Finals again an impressive performance. He's averaged 16.5 points, a league-best 2.5 blocked shots, and a tremendous 45% clip from three-point range.

It would be an intriguing end result for the Pacers and Turner, as they have seemingly had him on the trade block for a few seasons now, at least according to the rumor mill.

Myles Turner likely to re-sign with Pacers

Sure, there have been many potential destinations named for Turner once again, but per Fischer, the Pacers will do whatever they need to do to re-sign him in free agency, and he'll be happy to stay.
