In his 13 years with the franchise, Ujiri brought the team to eight playoff appearances, a 545-419 record, and of course, their first-ever NBA championship (2019). The Raptors' .565 winning percentage since 2014 is the 5th best mark in the entire NBA.
MLSE (which owns the franchise) reports that the rest of the front office leadership remains in place, with extensions for some of the key personnel, including GM Bobby Webster. The team will search for a new president.
MLSE CEO Keith Pelley: "Masai has helped transform the organization on the court & been an inspirational leader off it. He brought a championship to Toronto & urged us to believe in this city & ourselves. We are grateful for all he has done & wish him & his family the very best" pic.twitter.com/L6KMOdSPfe

The Raptors were an NBA afterthought when Ujiri took over in 2013. 5yr playoff drought. 1 playoff series win in their existence. Every star they ever had forced their way out. Since: 8 playoff appearances, 9 series wins, 1 championship. He completely reshaped their culture/image.

As beat writer Josh Lewenberg posted, the Raptors weren't on anybody's radar around the NBA before Masai took over. But he transformed them into a winner and a franchise to be reckoned with.
That being said, the team has only one playoff series win since the 2019 title, though they did finish with the 2nd-best record in the NBA in the following season, 2019-20, and were just a couple of buckets short of advancing to the Conference Final in that title defence season.
