Notable Scorer is Last-Minute Addition To Free Agent Market After Buyout
Teams looking for scoring will have another notable name to look at when free agency hits Monday evening, as the Utah Jazz have negotiated a buyout of former Sixth Man of the Year winner Jordan Clarkson. He was owed $14.3 million on the final year of his deal.

Insider Shams Charania says that Clarkson will target contending teams for his next NBA destination, and multiple clubs will be in on it.
Clarkson, 33, averaged 16.2 points, 3.2 boards and 3.7 rebounds for the Jazz this past season, those numbers pretty much in line with his career averages.
He's spent the last six years with the Jazz, and was Sixth Man award winner in the NBA in 2020-2021, and finished 4th the next season.
The Jazz have been busy this offseason revamping their team. They've jettisoned two top guards, in Clarkson, and Collin Sexton, who they traded to the Charlotte Hornets in return for center Jusuf Nurkic. They came out of the NBA Draft last week with guards Ace Bailey and Walter Clayton Jr.
